For someone you love…

15 Feb

How do you bring passion to your work, to your life, to your art?

An actor works best when he focusses his energy on loving the other characters in the scene; even in murderous rage, it is his love for them that feeds his pain and causes him to hate.

Some of the greatest book that have ever been written, were essentially love notes or stories written to a beloved friend(s). I’ve heard it said that a lot of television presenters look down the camera and imagine they are speaking to someone they love.

Love is the purest form of communication and love is the only way to build sustainable passion into your work. Ambition will run dry but love for your audience will sustain you forever.

It is difficult and ambiguous thing to love the whole world, but it is a much easier and more intimate task to love a friend through your art… paint, write, act, or draw for a friend today.

I wrote a letter to my parents. Not a pack of accusations but a true love letter.

that’s awesome… I’m proud of you. Know that you did the right thing independent of their response
