Insipid pride…

1 Feb

How do you learn? I think our very popular culture is fast becoming unteachable in the traditional sense. We hate authority and it really jerks our chain when someone has the gall to tell us what to believe, or when they simply try and teach us in the traditional manner.

Buzz words like relationship led, displacement and “being invitational” are now the popular theories on how to lead, transform and yes CHANGE those around us. Hmmm… We’re trying so hard not to offend or impose, I think pride is the “root of all evil” in this very modern conundrum.

Pride is insipid because it is not humble and by its very nature it feeds on itself and it does not need to learn.

There are so many different methods of learning available to the soul who willingly humbles himself and admits his own ignorance… through mimicry, instruction, experimentation, simple play, observation, continual habit and substitution to name but a few…

P:S: Apologies to my blog readers who received this blog yesterday…  we had an issue with our subscription service.

I want to be free and don’t wanna be commanded, but I know sometimes that traditional manners are useful for right time, just surprising in every time
